Who are we?

Mission

Arukah is a Hebrew word meaning restoration or returning to wholeness. Full restoration is the balancing of the body, mind, environment, and spirit which leads to a feeling of completeness.

Arukah Well is a virtual mental health service focused on restoring balance in your life. We believe that the issues we experience, both mentally and physically, are because of imbalances in the four pillars of life (physical, mental, spiritual, and nature). Our goal is to identify where the imbalance exists and create restoration for a feeling of wholeness.

Owner/Provider

I am a holistic psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner focusing on root cause analysis and integrative healing. I have been working in mental health for over 10 years in numerous settings. Through this work I discovered that the issues many people experience in life are based around an imbalance in four core pillars (body, mind, environment, spirit) and if a balance can be restored wellness can be achieved. This is why I created Arukah Well, to provide the opportunity for people to understand the root cause of their issues and restore balance through integrative healing.
